Today, my family sat me down and told me I was spending way too much time with my boyfriend and not enough time with them. My boyfriend has been away in Iraq for six months and just came home a week ago. FML

Today, I went to spend some time with my family. Unbeknownst to me, while I was having quality time with my family, my boyfriend of a year and a half was packing up his belongings and going back to his estranged wife. FML
Today, I was spending time with my boyfriend for the first time in two weeks. I started tearing up and telling him that I feel like he never has time for me anymore. He responded with, "I'm hungry." FML
Today, my boyfriend broke up with me for asking to spend time with him after not seeing him very much in three months, because he doesn’t have time for me and is so stressed out he doesn’t have time for fun. Then he decided he should go to Mexico with the people he works and lives with so they could have fun together. FML
Today, my long-distance boyfriend was at my house for a 10-day visit. He told me that we'd never spent so much time together, so he didn't know me well and now, he'd finally met the "real me". He doesn't like it. FML
Today, my boyfriend came home from a two week vacation and told me I needed to move out. FML
Today, my partner was sent 450 miles away by the army, after he had been home for only 22 hours. Yesterday they told him he could come home for two weeks. I guess the British army doesn't want me to be happy. FML
Today, my girlfriend of three years broke up with me because I'm in the military and I'm gone too much. The reason I enlisted in the first place is because we agreed that the money and benefits I would earn would help us be able to start a family in the future. FML
Today, my mother lectured me for not spending enough time with her. We literally just got back from a 10 day vacation together. FML
Today, my boyfriend broke up with me. He said it was because his online gaming friends don't like it when I ask him to spend time with me. FML
Today, my parents spent more time, money, and effort on my boyfriend's birthday present than they ever have on any of mine. FML

Wow, wish my ex was like OP. I was in Iraq 16 months. My ex spent everything and ditched me when I got home. She was carrying on an emotional affair the entire marriage and it was easier for her to ditch me since I was away from her for so long so she tells me she never loved me as a spouse. The last thing she wanted was to spend time with me.

spend a lot of time with your boyfriend, he needs you. he's fighting for this country, he can die at any second. please spend time with him, and love him. and dont cheat on him or leave him. and spend time with your family when he goes back, and make sure he gets to see and do the things he wants while he's back home!! thanks!!! : )
