Today, I had a third date with a great guy. Over dinner, he told me that he wanted to see more of me. When I agreed, he pulled out his schedule book and started to tell me he was dating 5 other women besides me. He then told me what week in the "rotation" would be mine. He wasn't kidding. FML
Today, I went on a fifth date with a guy, and he asked me if we could be boyfriend and girlfriend. Just after I said yes, he pulled out a contract and asked me to sign on the dotted line. FML
Today, I went on a coffee date with a guy I'm interested in. He picked up his phone mid-date to finalize dinner plans with another girl. FML
Today, I went on a date with a guy. I lost interest in him quick, so I excused myself to go to the bathroom, hoping to make a run for the hills. As soon as I reached the front door, our server yells out, "I hope you’re not thinking about dining and dashing!" FML

Today, I went on a jogging date with a guy I'd been on a couple of dates with. I was a little worried that I wouldn't keep up, but I did and everything was fine. Or at least I thought so. After we'd finished, he dumped me. FML
Today, I went on what I thought was a date. After a wonderful night with a perfect gentleman, he told me how excited he is that he's moving in with his girlfriend next week, and thanked me for reassuring him that he doesn't want anyone but her. FML

Today, I went on a date with a guy that I really like. At the last minute he informed me a friend would be tagging along. To keep his friend from being a third-wheel, I kept up a conversation, and managed to piss my date off. He thought I would be a better match for his friend. FML
Today, I went a girl's home for our second date. As she opened the door, she was leaving with another guy. I said, "I thought we had a date this evening?" Her response was, “Tah tah!” as she walked out the door while hanging on to his arm. FML

If you two haven't had a conversation about whether this was a relationship, and an exclusive one at that, he probably thinks it's open. And, technically, if you two haven't discussed being exclusive, he isn't really doing anything wrong... as much as it would still suck for you.

Sounds like he may have assumed it was a "friends with benefits" situation. That, or he just assumes it's an open relationship. Either way, he's being an ass and isn't worth being upset over.

I can see where he's coming from.. I'm dating more than one person to find the correct one. So you might want to talk to him and see where y'all stand as a relationship as it sounds like he might think it's open.

Where's the issue? 5 dates is hardly exclusive material. You're number 1 problem is you didn't talk to him about it. 5 dates doesn't equal a relationship. Sex doesn't equal a relationship either. If you don't wana date someone who dates other people you need to be upfront about it. No title or talk no issue.

This is why you always have the talk to confirm stuff like this before you have sex. Am I your girl/boyfriend? Are you monogamous? Are you interested in anyone else? Just so both people are clear and there's no confusion.
