Today, I was telling my co-workers about how I'd gotten tickets to a concert in a few days. My boss overheard. Later, he told me I now have to work on the night of the concert. However, he was kind enough to offer to buy the tickets off me for half of what I'd paid for them. FML

Sell him a ticket and the other to the most irritating person you know

Photocopy the tickets, sell the photocopies to him, and the real copies to someone worthy of them. Voila.

Okay, so you might think your boss is in a powerful position, but he's not. You are. if your boss has a higher boss himself, you might consider talking to that boss about this incident or threatening your boss to tell his boss. If your boss is the CEO of the company, it's harder. You can either tell him to back off and threaten him with legal steps for abusing a powerful position or (if this kind of things happen more often and he plainly sucks) you might wanna get it known to the shareholders. Or you could just tell your boss to **** off (not recommended to say it literally).

Tell your boss to suck it.

Ha I'd call in sick. He can't prove anything

What kind of dick head boss is that?

Don't sell him a damn thing. Go to the concert anyway. If you let him punk you now it'll never stop.

Boss wants ur tickets ! Quit ur job

Ugh so mean. My boss did something similar, I requested my birthday off, I was approved, but then they assigned me to work the next morning at 5. That was the only time in 4 years my birthday was on a Saturday :/
