Today, I was supposed to give a presentation to the incoming freshman about the dangers of drinking in college. My co-presenter showed up drunk. FML

Today, I had to give a joint presentation at college. My partner was so high, she couldn't even pronounce her own name properly in her introduction. I'm pretty sure her antics are going to get us both failed hard. FML
Today, I had a presentation for my university class. The bus was 5 minutes late, and I ended up getting to class right on time. As I took a seat, my group was asked to present. I panicked and totally bombed my presentation. FML
Today, I went to my first university party already a little drunk. I perched on the end of a table to cool off from the dancing and the whole table tipped over and dumped me onto the floor. I was promptly laughed out of the room. FML
Today, I walked into work after being completly wasted last night. I was sitting in a meeting when all of a sudden the presenter had gotten an e-mail saying "crazy girl dances on tables at local bar". So obviously everyone wanted to watch it. That crazy girl was me. FML
Today, I had to have a word with my boss about how him coming into work drunk is probably not a very good idea. FML
Today, while I was studying for an exam, my younger sister came home extremely drunk and threw up all over herself and her bed. I later got grounded for not setting a better example. FML
Today, I was giving a presentation to my college class. I've had a natural stutter my whole life, so I stuttered through the whole thing. My professor tried to hold in her laughter for 15 minutes. FML
Today, I gave a presentation for my final on class. While I was giving the speech my shirt strap broke. I ended up flashing everyone including the teacher. At least I got an A. FML
Today, I presented the worst seminar presentation probably in the entire history of my graduate department. I kept stumbling over questions, and overall, making an ass out of myself. I probably should leave my masters program at how thoroughly I burned myself. FML
Today, I started my job as a driving instructor. My first client showed up piss drunk. FML

Teaching tool? I think drinking in college is a great teaching tool. It teaches you how to have a good time and get laid.

Well no, but it can always help to educate. If they haven't been properly educated, that's one thing. But if they know the risks, and engage in doing so anyway, that's no one's fault but theirs.

It's like abstinence. Are you really going to convince a bunch of teens with hormone levels through the roof that they should wait until marriage or love to have sex? Probably not. But they do it anyway.

Exactly. And by college, they should know all the risks. Most college students have already formed their morals and values, and have either already had alcohol or never really will much. Studies prove, those who don't drink much by 21 don't drink much after, when it's legal.

keep getting your co presenter more drunk. the RAs did that while we were in college, they took a shot every 30 or 60 minutes throughout the night in the dorm to show how it affects you.

sounds like your RAs were just sart asses enjoying the alcohol... I dont see how that would help at all... Taking a shot every half hour or so is accomplishing what?? Showing how much their fellow classmates can drink before they get "out of control"?? Thats rediculous....I would assume that would just make peope drink more, because I highly doubt the school allowed the RAs to get so drunk that they caused a commotion, which is what the big concern is in the first place.
