Today, I was pulling into a parking garage space and using the next car over to judge where the wall was in front of me, but ended up whumping my front bumper as I pulled forward. Wondering what had happened, I got out to see that the car I was aligning myself against had hit the wall too. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Coming through!
Today, I was driving around a parking lot, looking for an empty spot. Someone was backing out a bit too quickly as I was about to pass by, so I honked to announce myself. The driver instead panicked and reversed into my front bumper. FML
Today, I tried to back my car into my parking space while some of my neighbors were out by their cars. I accidentally rammed into the retaining wall behind my spot. I was hoping the neighbors didn't notice the huge crunching sound, but they did. FML
I'm so tired
Today, after double-checking to make sure the garage door was completely open, I backed my car into it. FML
Today, while driving, I got a call on my cell phone. Trying to be safe and avoid an accident, I pulled into the nearest parking lot before answering. While I was turning in to park, someone rear-ended me. FML
Today, I backed my car into a parked car in a parking lot. Not only did I back into a parked car, but it was the ONLY parked car there. FML
Today, I narrowly avoided a head-on collision in the parking garage. The other driver cussed me out. It's a one-way route through the parking garage, and I was going the right way. FML
Impressive
Today, I got to my underground parking garage at work and saw my boss pulling into a spot. I thought I would show him my reverse parking skills and decided to park beside him. As I was pulling in he opened his door to get out and I smashed into it, nearly running him over. FML
AAA, hello?
Today, I was forced to look on in utter horror as an old lady backed out of her parking space, kept going well past the turning point, and slammed straight into my car, putting a dent in the front and shattering the headlights. FML
Today, I tried to back out of a spot in a parking garage. I did a 12 point turn, hit the car behind me and still didn't manage to get out of the spot. Everyone was staring at me, and the attendant had to come over and move my car for me. I have to park there every day. FML
Didn't see ya there
Today, a couple of friends and I were driving around town and saw a lady who had accidentally backed her car up onto a concrete wall. Laughing, we all turned to look as we passed and I drove straight into a parked police car that had stopped to help her. FML

Perhaps you could try using you're head lights to judge distance instead of using other retards cars?

YDI. Did you consider looking in front of you? You know, looking AT the wall you were trying not to hit?

haha. women have lower insurance rates because typically they used to drive less. now it's evening out. also they are more "cautious". from experience women aren't terrible drivers just they seem to not pay attention

Why not just use the wall as judgement?

I'm not sure what insurance company you people are using...but every single one I've looked into has higher rates for women....not lower....

Also, my insurance company charges more to insure men than they do to insure women.

I have nearly been hit by only one woman, but all the other countless times I've come close to an accident the other drivers have been guys who were either not paying attention or they were just being douchebags because they seem to think that driving a Camaro or a Firebird makes them the ******* kings of the road. Compensating for something?

Guys who feel the need to constantly put down women are dicks. Girls that stand up for it need to grow a backbone. And you can't be "naturally" good at driving. Driving cars isn't a natural behavior.

I live in MD, and I know lots of its drivers are lazy parkers. Apparently it takes up too much time and energy to pull up a few inches.
