Today, I was on a dinner date with a guy I really like. I guess I was on my phone too much because halfway through the date he sent me a text saying how much my half of the bill would be. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Today, I went on a dinner date with the guy I like. He ate all his food then started eating off my plate, going on to eat over half of my food. When the bill came, he made me pay for it. FML
Today, I went on a coffee date with a guy I'm interested in. He picked up his phone mid-date to finalize dinner plans with another girl. FML
I'm trash
Today, I went on a date with this guy and he was on his phone the whole night. When I got home I checked his Facebook since he barely paid attention to me. His status was, "So-and-so is taking out the trash" from mobile posted an hour ago. I got home from my date 30 mins ago. FML
Smooth Operator
Today, I was on a date with a guy I've been crushing on. In the middle of the dinner, he said he had to go get something from his car. When I asked what it was, he smiled and said it was a surprise. I waited for my surprise for half an hour. Then I decided to pay the bill and go home and cry. FML
Today, I went on a date at a restaurant with a guy. When he promised I wouldn't have to pay the bill, I didn't think he meant we'd be dining and dashing. FML
Today, I went on a date with a guy who seemed to be quite the gentleman. I was proven wrong when he told me to "shut it" during dinner, stiffed me on the bill, and then left me at the restaurant so he could get his own taxi home. FML
Tonight on First Dates
Today, I went on a date that went well, until the bill came and she quickly shoved it in my direction, then went to the loo. Rude, but I thought nothing of it… until our waiter took pity and told me I’m the fourth guy she’s had this week who'd been made to pay for her. I paid half, then went home. FML
Great start
Today, I went on a date with a guy who kept checking his phone every five minutes. When I asked him if everything was okay, he told me he was just playing Candy Crush. FML
Today, I took a friend out for what I thought was date. After dinner was over and I paid, she pulled the bill out and wrote her name phone number on it for the waiter. FML
Today, I was on a first date. When the bill came, he refused to pay for my $6 salad. I had to go ATM-hunting to pay for my $6 salad. FML

That's incredibly rude of you. You "guess"?! I'd would say that you were. Be a little more polite next time and stash your phone away; the newest twitter updates can wait.

You insensitive dick. How could you not pay attention to your date? They went out with you to get to know YOU

You completely deserved it. Why the hell would you be on your phone during a date?!

Anyone with an ounce of spanners knows that when you're on a date you put your phone on silent (or just shut it off, you can do that you know) and you put it away and forget about it. You never take your phone out on a date, that is beyond rude. You most certainly deserved what you got.

YDI. Totally rude. This may be why you're single.

You guess you were on the phone too much? I bet he guessed you two were on a date. He guessed you wanted to spend some time together with him and maybe you liked him . I guess he guessed wrong. Honestly, unless it's an emergency or you're sharing something, there's no reason to be on your phone when on a date. If you like this dude, try having a little respect for him.

You must not really like him that much or else you wouldn't have been so rude and been on your phone the whole time. If you really were interested you wouldn't have been on your phone at all.

If you really like him, you wouldn't be on your phone. Enjoy being single

If you really liked him, you should have gone back to the 80's when no one had cell phones!

Mullets, trans ams, acid wash and Jolt cola. The 80s were good years. Well, the parts I remember were good.

I feel so sorry for your date.

When you're on a dinner date, don't interrupt that special time with your phone. It should be just the both of you giving each other attention.
