Today, someone at my workplace yelled at me and filed a complaint for staring at them too often. I'm a lifeguard. FML
Today, I got fired from my childcare job of five years because the other staff weren't as popular with the kids, so they accused me of being "creepy" because the kids all wanted to play a game with me instead of them. FML
Today, I was fired from my job. I was a lifeguard and the other day a 30 year-old man who only spoke Spanish hit on me. I'm 16 and I'd politely rejected him. He then went to the front desk and told them how I tried molesting him in the locker room. FML

Today, my friend thought it would be funny to post a sign at the deep end of the public swimming pool, saying, "This end topless only." When someone complained, he said that I did it, and I got banned from the pool for life. And fired, too - I was the lifeguard. FML
Today, I was lifeguarding at a community pool when I noticed a toddler go underwater. I quickly jumped in but suddenly got a cramp, which caused me to stall. When I looked up, I saw an old woman saving him, and got a shoe thrown at my head. I was fired. FML
Today, I was working at a local restaurant when another server's table called me over to ask if I've "ever killed anybody". They informed me I looked like a serial killer. I informed them, of course, that I have never killed anybody. Another customer claimed I scared her child. I was fired. FML
Today, I got fired from my job because I "look too grumpy." FML
Today, I was fired for being a very happy and perky employee. According to my boss, it freaks both the customers and my co-workers out. FML
Today, I got fired from a great babysitting job because the little girl said I was boring. FML

#11 Um, take a joke. Honestly I just watched The Mask and the FML reminded me of the point when Jim Carey as the mask sees Cameron Diaz for the first time. Face turns into a wolf and his tongue rolls out and hits the floor like he's slobbering over her. It was meant as a joke, thus the second part that said "Honestly" which should imply to you that I wasn't being honest or truthful with the first part. Reading comprehension bud, reading comprehension. And I'll rant and write full length sentences as I so well choice. I don't remember in the ToS that I needed to keep my comments to a minimum (thus no character length for the comments) or that I needed to only write a FML or YDI and a little funny quip. Seriously grow up.... idiot!

Lifeguards scan pools, not stare at kids. But if they were the only kids in the pool, there were no other patrons, and they were in the same general pool area, it would have made sense that he was only looking at them

even still, him scanning the pool might seem like he's staring at someone, especially if he's wearing sunglasses or something where you can't see exactly where he's looking at.
