Today, I told my boss that I quit, and handed in my two week's notice. A couple of hours later, I found my letter of resignation had been photocopied and copies hung all around the office with "Best day ever" written on the bottom. FML

Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Get on with it
Today, I told my boss I'm going to quit, after months of being abused, doing meaningless work, and working late every day. I was soon given so many new projects that I didn't even have time to write my resignation letter. FML
Today, I gave my two weeks notice at work. My boss sighed with relief and muttered, "Thank God." FML
Good omens, etc.
Today, my boss sent me a link on how to write a good resignation letter. FML
Today, I gave my boss two weeks notice for me leaving work, as I had received a better job offer with twice the pay. I thought he took it well until I heard him mutter under his breath, "About fucking time." FML
Today, I put in my two-week notice. My boss responded by saying, "Okie dokie" and hanging up. Guess they were glad to be rid of me. FML
Today, my boss left a lovely invitation to her wedding on my desk. I plan on resigning during our meeting later today. FML
Snoopy snitch
Today, my coworker was examining my office area because I plan on submitting my resignation on Monday and she's in charge of office space. Another coworker was eavesdropping and emailed my boss to tell him I'm resigning and she would like to use my office space for other reasons. He didn't know I was leaving yet. FML
Today, I handed in my 2 weeks notice, since I have to leave for college soon. My boss told me it was fine, then cut all my remaining shifts. FML
Don't look back
Today, I quit my job as a barista for one of our competitors with a couple of bucks more an hour. Two hours after I'd handed in my resignation, my boss approached me just to let me know that if I hadn't resigned, I would've been offered my own café. FML
Today, I saw my boss, so I mentioned to him, "Oh, I quit." He then interrupted, saying, "Great, I was going to fire you this week anyway." I wanted to tell him I quit smoking. FML

That's pretty immature of your boss. If they really didn't like you, they easily could have fired you. Your boss sounds like a sore loser.

As much as your boss was completely in the wrong to do what he did, you may want to consider why he wrote what he did.

Looking at all the comments, either nobody has thought of this, or labor laws are very different. Over here, anything that would go in your personal record (like your salary information, work evaluations, sick leave records and stuff like that) is considered private information. It is against the law to disclose any of this information to other people without express consent from the person. A letter of resignation falls within this category. So, what he did, would be against the law over here (Netherlands), don't know about other countries though, I know labor laws are very different in the US for example, they are even different on a state by state comparison. I don't know how you guys manage to deal with half the shit management gets away with over there...
