Today, I started at my new job. My manager, upon meeting me, hugged me and sniffed my neck, then commented that I smelled "natural" and told me how much he loves that. I have to work with this creep until god knows when. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Today, I started my new job at a small business. I was pretty excited to finally be working, until I found out the big boss is a creeper and sees no problem making comments such as "You're way more interesting than the rest of these slope-eyed fucks." FML
Office Space
Today, I started at my new job. Turns out my boss is a complete douchebag. He spent most of the day looking over our shoulders and making cuntish comments about our work, then called a guy a piece of shit for farting, and forced him to spray disinfectant on his chair. FML
Today, I have a new office-mate. I'm not particularly sensitive to odours but he wears so much cologne, I nearly throw up every time he walks in. Only 8 more hours till fresh air. FML
The literal smell test
Today, my boss held his polo shirt one inch from my nose and asked me to smell it. He said that he was going into one of our tenants' apartment and wanted to smell him before and after so I could judge said apartment's cleanliness. FML
Today, I started my new job at a fragrance store. While training, the manager had me smell all of the scents to become familiar with the products. Before my shift was over, I'd had three asthma attacks. FML
Today, I found out that the mysterious and creepy weirdo guy that continuously sends me messages on Facebook is my manager at my new job. FML
Stinky
Today, I went to work at my new job after taking a shower but I'd forgotten to put on deodorant. I started getting strange looks and wondered why, only to find out later that everyone was talking about me, including someone I have a crush on. FML
Productivity Queen
Today, my new office mate offered to let me smell her deodorant. This was after clipping her nails, before pulling out her needle point project, and while complaining how overworked she is. FML
The sweet smell of success
Today, I started work at my new job. I was excited to have been given an office of my own, but shortly after sitting down at my desk, the door across the hall opened and an unspeakably murderous stench that could've curdled milk seeped in. My office is opposite the men's room. Great. FML
Run!
Today, we had a family day at my new job. I used to have a very abusive boss in my previous position, who even slapped one co-worker across the face in the office, prompting me to quit. Guess who turns out to be my new manager's wife… FML

The best thing you can do is to document the behavior now with your HR representative. If it continues, there will be documentation, which will be very helpful in this situation ending favorably for you if it does indeed continue or get worse.

You should report it before your manager sends you a dick pic. Trust me, I've experienced the horror and eventually it just might come to that. Spare yourself.

60 - Nonsense. It's the manager who should stop his bad behavior. OP is NOT at fault and shouldn't leave. I dearly hope you aren't in management, because you sound like a "blame the victim" sort.

Firstly, take a step back. This is actually very serious and you shouldn't rush to quit or rush to subject yourself to doing your job with this guy. See what options you have at the table. I'm assuming for some reason you can't get human resources on this and have to put up with it, in which case try to do your job with as little contact from him as possible. If he tries to make another odd move be on guard and LAY DOWN BOUNDARIES. Do NOT "freak out" like some people recommend. Remain professional and say that you're not comfortable being so closed to other people. To get it through their head as best as possible, do not make it about him personally but about everyone (as it should be), and be strict about it. That doesn't mean screech it and cause a scene, but don't smile and act like a friend educating another friend. Else it may come off as soft. If he says anything about you like "don't be such a prude it's just a hug", "i'm just kidding don't be such a bitch" or anything like that, clearly state you're a prude/bitch. Prude, sensitive, bitch, whatever he wants to call it. Own it. Make absolutely clear that yes, you are a bitch, and yes, that means the contact is ABSOLUTELY off limits. Obviously you're on the right side and he's on the wrong, but if it helps the "no touching" rule get through the guy's head, all the better. Lastly do look into human resources, regional managers, and other higher authorities. Don't talk behind his back with other co-workers, other managers, etc. as that can get messy.

I would pass it off for now, but if he keeps it up, definitely report it to someone higher up.
