Today, I was running to my car, slipped, and slammed my head on the car door. I started driving to the hospital because it was bleeding profusely and I was dizzy, I called my mom to tell her what had happened. She said I was grounded for "goofing off" and that she was "sick of my shit". FML

Today, while practicing my gymnastics routine on the uneven bars, I was so distracted by my teammates' conversation about a party later that I miscalculated my flip and smacked my head on a bar. Ten stitches and a concussion later, I was left alone in the hospital. FML

It could have been an acident. The OP didn't say how or why. Making us very nosey people want to know more:) Even if the Mom did do it on purpose, I wouldn't call the cops because 1. Social services suck. 2. I love my Mom too much. But this is just my oppinion.
