Today, I asked my friend to crop me out of her profile picture on Facebook because I look terrible in it. She responded that she wasn't going to, because it made her look better. FML
Today, I uploaded what I thought were beautiful selfies. One of my "friends" commented, "I've seen what your whole body looks like, so that's why you take only headshots. You're not fooling anybody, fatty." His comment got 18 likes. I took down the photos and spent the rest of my afternoon in tears. FML
Today, my friends and I were messing around with an app on my phone that makes your picture look fat. My picture looked the same before and after. FML
Today, my friend found a picture of herself on a website filled with pictures of thin people. I was in the picture, also. I was crossed-out with the word, "EWW" written next to me. FML
Today, I posted a picture of me without makeup on Facebook. A "friend" commented, "fuk me thts hideus!!" My dad replied, "Hideous, yes, just like your godawful spelling!" My mom yelled at my dad for agreeing with the guy, and they're still fighting. Meanwhile, my self-esteem is in the gutter. FML
Today, I was looking through pictures on Facebook. There was a picture of me and my friends with the caption "I love you guys!" below. I had been cropped out. FML
Today, I was at a friend's house when his dad told me that he had Photoshopped his face onto a woman's body. I looked at the photo and said it was gross, disgusting, and weird. Later on, my friend told me that the photo was actually a picture of his dad's twin sister. FML
Today, my dad finally added me on Facebook, When I looked through his photos, I quickly noticed he'd heavily photoshopped the photos I'm in to make me look prettier. FML
Today, I uploaded a new Facebook profile photo, which got over 20 likes in the space of an hour. The most I've ever gotten before was 10. Surprised, I went to check my picture again, only to notice two guys were sarcastically flipping me the bird in the background. FML
Today, I posted a photo on Facebook showing a side-by-side view of me before and after I'd tried out my new makeup. My dad commented, "What is this, Gollum cosplaying an Orc?" My mum, brother, and over 20 "friends" liked his comment. FML

She should learn to ether be happy with her body or commit to working out or eating healthier. There's nothing wrong with curves and nothing wrong with getting fit and active. There is something wrong with being so insecure she feels the need to lie to other people, and herself, by editing a photo. It's not the truth and in life that's really all that matters.

I agree to the point where you say if you're not happy with how you look then change it. People may believe that there is a 'perfect' body type but if you want to change your body type to that, then you should know that even though people have ideals, you should never change for anyone. Be confident in the way you look, if not you're just giving people something to poke fun at. What you should call a perfect body type is anybody who is confident with how they are. If people think you are imperfect because you are a bit larger then they are obviously ****** up in the head and you should probs find someone who can see you for who you are and not what you look like.

Extremes of anything tends to take a lot more confidence then average, so yes wearing a ton of makeup or having a bunch of tattoos (or neon hair in my case) requires confidence in who you are, society be damned.

No, I do not have face tattoos. Yes, the face paint was for an event. One of my Army buddies was leaving our unit and 11 of us went to Medieval Times wearing axes, swords, leather armor, chainmail and face paint. I think my face paint goes great with my tattoos. And with my ax it reminds me of the Capital One commercials. Capital One, what's in your wallet?
