Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Out of shape
Today, I got extremely winded from adjusting my blanket. What a workout. FML
Couch potato
Today, I'm so out of shape that my arm ached after lifting chips out of a Lays bag. FML
Take it easy
Today, I went to the gym for the first time in months. I was so out of shape that I couldn't even finish my warm-up. FML
Today, I'm so out of shape, I started wheezing on my way to check my mailbox. Not my physical mailbox, either; my email inbox on the phone I'd left on the table at the bottom of the stairs. FML
Today, like every day for the past year or so, I went for a walk. And like every time I go for a walk, I got severely winded halfway through. I have no medical issues like asthma, I’m just out of shape. FML
Today, I realised just how grossly out of shape I am, when I started violently sweating, felt light-headed, and almost blacked out. All this from helping my sister shift a sofa from the move-in truck to her living room. FML
Health is overrated
Today, trying to get into shape because I run out of breath after walking more than 30 minutes, I started to hit the gym. Too bad my legs didn’t want to cooperate and decided that it would cause limping-worthy pain for every step I took on the treadmill. FML
No more!
Today, I went to the gym for the first time in months. On my way home, my legs gave out halfway up the stairs to my apartment, and I had to awkwardly sit there until I could crawl the rest of the way up. FML
Knackered and shattered
Today, I decided to start exercising. I almost passed out five minutes into the warm up, and couldn't even stand in the shower afterwards. I'm only 21. FML
Cartoonish
Today, it's so windy, I actually fell over and nearly flew into the street the moment I walked outside. FML

Haha, you have to start somewhere, some starts are different than others OP. Exercise is great for you! In the long run, you'll be amazed at the results you'd be getting when you get in shape. :)

You might want to see a doctor OP. One time I had a pulmonary embolism and the only symptom I had was I suddenly was exhausted from walking a block or climbing a single flight of stairs.
