Today, I looked through my girlfriend's phone book and saw two entries with my name. One had "(cute)" attached to it. I checked to see if it was my number. It wasn't. FML

Today, I found out that my contact name in my girlfriend's phone is "Dipshit McFucktard". FML
Today, I asked my fiancé's daughter to use her phone so I could call mine which I'd misplaced. Busy with homework, she nodded. Only after she jumped up did I notice that she had my number listed with a humiliating nickname, and accompanied by a photo of her middle finger. FML
Today, I was at my friend's house celebrating his 16th birthday. I couldn't find my phone so I asked my friend's girlfriend if I could borrow her phone to see if I could hear mine ringing. I dialed my number, only to find she had my number saved in her phone as "ASS FACE #3". FML
Today, I was casually looking through my girlfriend's phone while she got ready, though she made me promise not to. To my confusion, I discovered that she had me listed as 'Saturday' in her contacts. There was also a Thursday, Friday and Sunday listed. I only ever see her on Saturdays. FML
Today, I got a text from a woman containing many naked pictures of her. Apparently she meant to send those to her boyfriend whose number is one digit from mine. The bad part? My girlfriend was using my phone when I received that message. FML
Today, I asked a girl for her number and I wrote it down when she gave it to me. When I called her, it wasn't her. She'd given me a restaurant's phone number. FML
Today, I went to a restaurant with my boyfriend. When it came time for us to leave, I saw him write something on the receipt for our waitress. I managed to get a quick look; it was his number. FML
Today, my girlfriend told me I have a doppelganger on campus who looks just like me, but way cuter. She got his phone number. FML
Today, I decided to go through my husband's phone to make sure I invited everyone to the surprise party I was planning for him. There were a few I had missed so I called to let them know about it. The last number I called was his girlfriend. FML
Today, I met a cute girl at a dance club. I entered her number in my phone just before she left the club. With a proud smile, I turned the screen towards my buddy, showing off my accomplishment. Attempting to give me a friendly pat he accidentally closed my phone. I hadn't saved the number. FML

It doesn't technically mean anything. I have a friend who put "Hottie" in front of his name, when he added his contact into my phone. Maybe someone did that instead of her?

It's not like it said Bob(the one I'm cheating on my boyfriend Bob with). So she thought someone was cute? Maybe it was before she met you. He could have come across it while looking for someone else's number. If she willingly gave him her phone, I doubt she had evidence of cheating on it, so it's probably harmless. If he came across it while snooping, YDI, and it's probably still harmless. No, I don't have a double standard because I think it's wrong for males or females to snoop through their SO's private affairs. I don't do that, and I'm a female, so this "girls do it ALL the time" nonsense really means "the kind of girls that I choose to associate with do it ALL the time!". As long as she wasn't looking through his things, then there's no double standard to say that he shouldn't be looking through hers.

every time i read something like this I think "they deserve it" simply because if you're with someone who treats you poorly it's your fault for putting up with it or getting into a relationship before you realize how shitty that person is. So yeah, you deserve it...ya shouldn't have been lookin through her shit anyway.
