Today, I finally got my wish of having snow on my birthday. Excited, I failed to realise this meant that no one could come to my party, including myself as we were all snowed out of town. What did I spend my 18th doing? Tidying our house. FML

Today, I'm a superintendent at a school, and it snowed today after school. The snow ended up freezing on the road, so I called school off for tomorrow. I sent calls home, cancelled all school events, and then realized that it's Friday. FML

We drove from DC for a band competition. Also canceled due to the weather. Now NJ is under a State of Emergency. Needless to say, I was so disappointed. We drove home today.

You live in the NY area? Because it is snowing here and that is rare in October. I would go to your party even with snow. Unless it is like in a park lol.
