Today, I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted. Under anesthesia I told the dentist my entire love life and drug history in detail. FML

Today, I had my wisdom teeth pulled. The local anesthesia worked on three of the four teeth. I found out about the last tooth when the dentist was mid-yank. FML

Today, I faced my fear of needles and had my wisdom teeth extracted while awake. On the last tooth, I heard a loud crack. The root broke off in my jawbone and had to be drilled out. FML
Today, I had all of my wisdom teeth removed. After the anesthesia wore off, I asked how long the procedure took, and the nurse told me a little less than an hour. Apparently I thought this was hilarious and started laughing, which ripped my new stitches. FML
Today, I got my wisdom teeth taken out. The two male doctors told me they'd give me anesthesia, but when they did, I could still hear them. I heard them talking about my breasts and how flat they were for a 17 year old. FML
Today, I went to the dentist to get my wisdom teeth removed. The surgeon took a better X-ray to see what he was dealing with before he got started. When he came back into the room, he started to laugh and told me it was my lucky day because in the X-rays he found 2 big extra wisdom teeth. FML
Today, I got my wisdom teeth pulled. Apparently the medicines don't work on me. I woke up in the middle of the surgery and felt EVERYTHING. One of the nurses asked if I was okay, and the doctor just kept saying "Don't worry she's just dreaming", while tears were pouring down my face. FML
Today, I got my wisdom teeth cut out. While my girlfriend was driving me home, I, still being high on the laughing gas, accidentally admitted to cheating on her. She was kind enough to wait until the numbness wore off before she punched me in the face. FML
Today, I went to the dentist to have a tooth pulled. The day before, I was too anxious to eat anything, so I went in with an empty stomach. There were complications during the extraction and now I'm not allowed to eat for the next 24 hours. FML

You deserve it for lying. How were you talking if the surgeon had his hands in your mouth? Also, most oral surgeons use general anesthesia instead of local. Which means you would be unconscious.

#1, not a fake FML at all. Either laughing gas or they offer a narcotic treatment. I'm getting my wisdom teeth pulled in a month and they aren't using local or general anesthetic. Some sort of narcotics that render you half awake and half asleep.

But the surgeon is operating on the OP's teeth. How can OP be talking if the surgeon has his hands and dental instruments in OP's mouth. It would be impossible for the surgeon to work.

To everyone calling this fake, I'm guessing you've never been under for tooth extraction. It takes a long time to come back out of it, during which time you can say lots of gibberish! I doubt sex & drug history, but I mumbled for several minutes after getting 7 teeth pulled about clothes & my mom apparently...

I know what you mean. Once, I got four teeth pulled to make room in my mouth and I started talking to the dentist about SpongeBob and how pretty the clouds were. There were clouds, but they were painted on the ceiling.
