Today, my creepy, stalker ex-girlfriend was given an anonymous love letter. She's convinced it's from me. FML
Today, my girlfriend got super paranoid when I received flowers, along with a card saying what a "lovely time" the sender had last weekend. My girlfriend decided this was proof I'd cheated on her. The card was signed "Vanessa," which is also her mother's name. Who stayed with us last weekend. FML
Today, I got an early Valentine's day card. My boyfriend and I recently broke up, and my hopes shot up thinking it might be from him. It wasn't. It was from my parents. FML
Today, two days after sending her flowers for Valentine's Day, my dream girl asked me on a date. She didn't show up. Her boyfriend did though. FML
Today, I spent 30 minutes listening to my crush complain about a stalker that's been sending her flowers and love poems almost every week. It's me. FML

If she invites you over to fix her "plumbing," simply reply that it will cost her. When she asks (in a sexy voice), "Well, what would you like in payment for your... services?" reply back, "Twenty-five dollars in cash." When she responds with a, "Well, is there any other way to pay for this?" and points to her unbuttoned blouse, smile and respond with a simple, "I'll also take a check." This is assuming, of course, that your neighbor is a "Cougar", "MILF", or female with average looks. If it's a guy, well... stay the course, I guess.

Unless the neighbour is pretty old or a man, then you DID send a card, so they might just be responding normally to a valentine.
