Today, I have been trying to keep up on chores. I washed all of the blankets in the house, then had to pick up my son from school. I couldn't find my phone before leaving though. When we returned, we found out where it was. The washer. It's not coming back from this. FML

Today, I started some laundry late at night. Once my clothes were in the washer for about a half hour, I got bored and I decided I would listen to my iPod. After looking for it for another 15 minutes, I remembered where I'd left it; in my jacket... which is now nice and clean. FML

Today, while trying to find my phone in the depths of the sheets on my bed, I gave my comforter a huge shake. A second later, I heard a crash. My phone had miraculously flown straight into the glass of water on my nightstand. Found it. FML

Today, I was running late for an important meeting and couldn't find my car keys. After searching around for way too long, I finally realised where they were - in the pocket of the pants I'd worn the day before, which were now spinning around in the now-unstoppable, two-hour washing machine cycle. FML

I don't see how this is an fml. My iPod Touch has been dropped in my pool on a few occassions (never let people borrow your iPod, especially if they are drunk) and it works just fine.

I did it worked as good as new or put the phone in a bowl full of that stuff u get in your shoe boxes it sucks up moisture :)

There really is. It's by Apple and there's a tutorial to setting it up on their site. It's called "Find My iPhone". So the OP would have noticed the iPhone missing after a while...
