Today, I decided to be safe and tested a small dime-sized amount of Nair on my inner arm before using it. I didn't react badly. But as soon as it was washed off from my down-there hair I sure as hell reacted, with small bumpy red dots that look like an STD. FML

Today, I got a new skin cream for my acne. I tested it on a small patch of skin just to make sure I wasn't allergic. I was, and the reaction didn't stay on that small patch of skin. My left arm is now almost entirely covered in a horrible rash. FML
Today, I was eating out with my partner, and we decided to use the new lube we bought. Things went great until I later realized I was allergic to it and a large red rash spread all across my mouth and chin. It won't go away. FML
Today, I was going to bleach my bikini line, as I have not been able to shave there due to some ingrown hairs, and I also have to lifeguard every day. As it turns out, I'm allergic to the bleach. There is now an angry red, burning rash on my crotch that you can see around my swimsuit. FML
Today, I was in a rush to get ready for work so I quickly shaved my legs. In my haste, I accidentally nicked myself in a very sensitive area and had to spend the day simmering in discomfort and checking my crotch every so often to make I wasn't bleeding through my pants. FML
Today, I had an allergic reaction to my deodorant. My armpits wouldn't stop itching, and by the time my shift was over, they were raw and bloody. FML
Today, I decided to take a relaxing shower. My face mask made my face break out in hives. While exfoliating, my nipples became chafed. Then I slipped and cut myself while shaving. FML
Today, I was applying some Icy Hot to my sore thighs, when I accidentally got a little on my dime sacks. For the next hour, it felt like someone had lit a match under my plums. FML
Today, I found an invisible ink pen. I drew on my arms, thinking nobody would see it. I had an allergic reaction to the ink, and I now have three very large, very visible, red penises on my forearm. FML
Today, I have a skin disease that causes my arms and legs to have small, but noticeable, red bumps on them. Trying to stay confident, I put on a swimsuit and went to the pool, only to be bumped into by a cute guy, who then asked why my arms were so "bumpy and disgusting." FML

I thought they had special Nair for the bikini line and pubic hair? You aren't supposed to use the normal one, it can make you bleed among other things. But even if you didn't, still. That sucks. Waxing is a good alternative.

Thank you, #3. OP, even if you had just used a razor for the first time, you would have gotten those red bumps. Your skin down there is super-sensitive and it takes a long time for it to adjust. Why does nobody search for advice before doing this type of shit? It seems people on here do all sorts of stupid crap solely out of ignorance. GET A FRIEND, PEOPLE!

#3 and #176 honestly, on the label it says the instructions but it doesn't say "do not use on bikini line areas" until you get further down the label. OP, you're not the only one that's happened to. Just like every girl will tell you, regardless if it's Nair or a razor, you'll get those bumps regardless. I use NAIR to get rid of the "down there" hair every time. It doesn't bother me and I don't have a negative reaction. Labels can tell you a lot, doesn't mean you gotta follow em.
