Today, while on the train with my dad, my boyfriend sent me a message. It was a nude, and when I looked, my dad saw. FML
Today, I checked an old photosharing account. I got a new phone last year and didn't realize all the pictures I took with the new phone would still automatically upload to my account. Unknowingly, I posted naked pics of myself online. Not one of my friends told me. FML
Today, after moving miles to be with my boyfriend, I logged onto his computer just in time to see his other girlfriend had sent naked pictures. FML
Today, some official photographs went live on our company website. As I took a closer look, I realised I was in the background of one photo unloading boxes from a van. My trousers were halfway down my ass, flashing my butt crack for the whole internet to see. FML
Today, a guy tried to take a picture up my skirt, so I loudly confronted him. Just as loudly, he called me a liar because who’d want an "up-skirt of a whale" like me. No one else on the train tried to help me, and I could tell from their dirty looks they agreed with the pervert 100%. FML
Today, I opened my laptop in the train to watch a good film I had downloaded. Of course, it was a fake and the whole carriage was allowed to watch and hear five seconds of butt licking. FML
Today, I had to sit through 10 minutes of hearing a man on the tram tell his friend in explicit detail about all the filthy sex acts he'd like to do to me. His friend told him to take a photo to jack off to later. When I tried to tell the tram driver, he told me to "take it as a compliment." FML
Today, I tried to secretly take a photo of a cute guy on the train. I forgot my flash was on. He looked straight at me, smirked, and said, “If you wanted my picture, you could’ve just asked.” I got off three stops early. FML
Today, I accidentally sent a nude to my girlfriend's father. He screenshotted it. FML
Today, I went to check why my eyelash lady never replied to my message from two days ago, asking about an appointment, only to see that I apparently accidentally sent her 15 picture messages of nudes I took for my fiancé. No wonder she didn’t reply. FML

Most likely the photo files were something like DSC12523A8.jpg or something random, and were mixed in with other photos. Although I agree with you that she should have checked, I can see how the mistake might have happened.

Even without checking, doesn't the thumbnail normally come up when you're selecting pictures to upload? Also, I know I'm a stickler for organisation...but surely even people who aren't as fussed at least put their nudes in a separate folder? To stop stuff like this happening and so they're not right there if you want to show people other pictures? I really can't see a way this couldn't be a YDI...

Agreed. It's an absolute YDI. I was just saying that I can see how this might happen. Also, I think in windows you can turn off thumbnails, or perhaps the icons were so small that she couldn't distinguish.

XD But you're right, sometimes photo folders do automatically display file names...bugs the crap outta me so I always set them to display as medium/large thumbnails as default but maybe OP isn't that fussy..
