Today, my pregnancy test came back positive. My boyfriend is no fan of fatherhood, so it was with some hesitation that I called him and let him know I'm pregnant. He replied, "Like hell you are!" and hung up. He now refuses to answer any of my calls. FML
Today, I told my boyfriend I was pregnant. He went outside for a "breather" and never came back. FML
Today, I told my boyfriend I was pregnant. He seemed thrilled, and went to buy some wine to celebrate. He left 11 hours ago and won't come back. FML
Today, I called my ex boyfriend to tell him that not only am I still in love with him, I'm also three months pregnant with his child. Upon hearing the news, he swore, called me a pathetic liar, swore some more, and hung up on me. FML
Today, I found out I was pregnant. I told my boyfriend, who held me and promised it'd be alright, and he'd never leave me. One sandwich later, he'd forgotten about the whole thing, and dumped me when I reminded him. FML
Today, I told my boyfriend that I've missed my period, and that I think I might be pregnant. He started panicking and ended up puking in the toilet. FML
Today, I called my ex and told him I was pregnant with his child. He was thrilled, going on and on about how much he wanted to be a dad. I had to tell him I was going to abort it. FML
Today, I texted my boyfriend, saying, "Hi." His response was, "I got your best friend pregnant." FML
Today, I am pregnant, and my boyfriend dumped me, saying that he didn't want to be stuck in anything too serious. FML
Today, after my boyfriend ghosted me when he learned I was pregnant, I stormed to his house to tell his wife about us to get back at him. Turns out he gave me a fake address, because the cops were called on me after I screamed at some random woman who lived there. FML

Yes it is difficult actually. These guys don't walk around with "I'm an irresponsible deadbeat" stamped on their foreheads. You have no way of accurately knowing how someone will react to unexpected/unplanned news like this until it happens. Sometimes the most irresponsible seeming guys clean up their act and become fantastic fathers and sometimes it's the nicest seeming guys who run the fastest

Unless he has other kids that he does not take care of there is no way to predict what he would do. Now if he has other kids and you knew he flaked on them then she should if guessed he would do the same to her.

He's not a real man. Having a kid is wonderful, not everyone gets to enjoy that part of life. So take advantage of being a parent and forget the ****** who left you. Plus side you'll find a real man who will love to take care of you and your kid, best of luck O.P.
