That doesn't stop it being really disturbing the first time you see it though. Having a loved one suddenly need medical attention is bad enough at any time but it's even worse when you're both naked and you start having to wonder what you'll do about that. He was probably quite relieved when he realised that she was just having an ****** rather than a fit.
