Today, a man finally was flirting with me in a supermarket checkout lane, even offering to help unload my groceries onto the conveyor. Turns out he was just distracting everyone so his partner in crime could steal $200 from the cash register. I had to give a witness statement to the manager. FML

At least it wasn't you he robbed!

Take it as a compliment. The crook could have flirted with anyone in the store as a diversion and he picked you <3 Is this the beginning of a rom-com maybe?

Next time someone flirts with you they might be trying to steal your heart. Because black market organs and stuff... yea.

LOL. This comment deserves thumbs up times infinity.

Maybe so, but I try to set more realistic goals.

Sounds like a keeper if you can wait 5-10.

They made off with $200, and your heart.

Robbing a place of just $200? That's not really worth the risk.

He stole your heart, and the cash from the till.

Did you get his number?

You mean his booking number in jail? :P

Love in the express lane is hard. It could have been worse, chin up.
