that's brutal. I wouldn't think much of it. and I agree with some of these people about the super skinny girls being bitches. I'm 5'5, 120lbs and I get called fat, by one of my own family members. I go to the gym on a reg basis. you are probaby a normal, healthy, girl with curves that some girls would kill to have. stay confident and don't let such remarks bring you down...

Dear OP, Strictly based on principle- this is a YDI for associating with an asshat. Drop the 'friend'. The post itself betrays your sense of self esteem. Thanks indeed. If you're confident, you're hot. It's the people who generally judge physical appearance, that aren't pretty. Validating yourself through the criticism of others is for the weak and insecure. Besides, 50% of confidence is pretending.

What is important is how you feel. If you’re happy, then don’t worry about it, if YOU feel you need to make a change in your appearance, then do so. Face it there are just some not so nice (or tactful) people out in the world. So it is time to do as my mother always told my sisters, “it is time to put on the big girl panties” and not let this get you down. Oops, I just forgot, your already wearing them … nevermind.
