Thanks, Keir
Today, I received a letter informing me that my husband is considered fit to work and will be receiving reduced benefits. He was rushed to hospital yesterday and has a tube in his throat temporarily breathing for him. I’m sure a nice desk job will suit him just fine then. FML

🫂 It's hell. It won't be long before they've completely convinced able society that it's absolutely fine to just put us out of the tax payers misery... I thought the Tories were the worst leaders we've seen since King John but this lot have proven me soooo far wrong about that. If you need help going to appeal then Mind or Citizens Advice either can help or they can find someone to help. See if the hospital social workers have anything they can offer as well. 🫂

Most likely the letter is based on his previous condition, since it worsened only one day before receiving the letter and they simply haven't gotten an update yet...but still sad.
