Today, I ordered Chinese food. As I approached the restaurant to pick it up, I took out my keys and tried to unlock the front door. By the time I realized my mistake, everyone inside the restaurant had noticed and started laughing at me. FML

Today, when making a delivery for the restaurant I work for, a customer shoved and yelled at me because she didn't get any fries with her order. She didn't order any, which isn't unusual, considering we're a Chinese takeaway and don't even sell them. FML

Don't mess with pizza
Today, I ordered a pizza online to be delivered to my apartment. After an hour of waiting, I called the pizza place to ask what the problem was. Apparently, the people at the apartment below me took my already paid for pizza and ate it. FML

Today, I entered a restaurant just to use the WiFi. In order not to look cheap, I ordered a meal and a beverage. The WiFi didn't work and now I don't have enough money to buy dinner. FML

Ummm. They cook with gas. So what's the problem. A place of business is required to have emergency lighting

As someone who cooked in a restaurant for way too many years, you are the sort of entitled customer that gets us hurt. Yes we cook with gas, and have emergency lighting but everything else in the kitchen (like safety equipment and refrigerators) run on electricity. The generators only provide emergency power to things like emergency lights and the freezer and alarm systems. Emergency lighting is far from designed to let someone cook safely or allow normal business operations to continue. It is to provide the means to see to safely shut down operations and vacate the building without injury or undue harm.
