Some dream…
Today, I'm a full-time Investment Portfolio Analyst at one of the largest groups. It has been my dream job and I worked my ass off. I'm one of the best analysts there and people like me. Also, I haven't slept properly for 3 months, without a single day off. I'm about to get mentally sick. FML

The thing is you have to learn work-life balance. You do need a break from any job for the most part.

True victory and success sometimes is derived from pain and sacrifice. You're a champ OP! Carry that insomnia as a trophy! "If you're going through Hell, keep going" - Winston Churchill

take a damn sick day. i am sure you get sick days as part of your benefits. stop thinking the great job is all you have to live for. sorry but you need to learn that a work/life balance is important to your mental and physical health. to all those telling the OP congrats on getting her "dream job" and to work hard, what good is a dream job, if you kill yourself by working so much you can't even enjoy it. this is really an FML warning from the OP that she is burnt out, a little compassion is in order here.
