Ah the joys of being around your parents' domain. Your father is in the normal male state of homeostasis within is sanctuary thus roaming around naked. However, sorry about your mom's injury.

Sure they both have one but that doesn't mean he wants to see his dad's dick. But if dad walks around naked regularly than yeah he needs to find a way to deal with it.
