Overly cautious
Today, my husband refuses to have sex with me until I get my tubes tied. We both agree that we don't want children, but this seems to be an exaggerated reaction since he learned that most birth controls are not 100% effective. FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Today, I explained to my boyfriend that I want to get my tubes tied, because I don’t want kids and can’t stand the fear of getting pregnant by accident, despite contraception, which has happened before. He summarized: “So, the main point is to preserve your fertility, right?” Wrong. FML
Today, five years after the birth of our last child, my husband still hasn't gotten the vasectomy he swore he would get. He wouldn't let me get my tubes tied, because it was "the least he could do," but when I ask about it, I'm a nag. FML
Today, my wife decided she wants to disregard our five-year plan to have kids, and is experimenting with the idea of having her tubes tied. FML
Today, my husband refuses to have sex with me, ever since I told him I wanted to try for a baby. When I asked him why, he said it was because he likes lack of responsibility and money in the bank more than the thought of a screaming baby, no sleep and strong suicidal urges. FML
Today, I found out that my fiancé, with whom I've been with for 10 years, doesn't want to have sex with me because he thinks I'm going to trap him into having a baby. He sees me take my contraceptive pill nightly and knows I was booked in for having a coil fitted before Covid-19 happened. FML
Today, I found out that the man I just married doesn't want to have children. We had this conversation multiple times with no problems before getting married, but now he would "rather die" than have children, because according to him, they would ruin his life. FML
Today, my boyfriend mentioned that he wants to get a vasectomy. I didn't give it much thought, until two things occurred to me. 1.) I have PCOS, and was told by multiple doctors that I can't have children. 2.) He almost never wants to have sex anyway. FML
Today, as every day for the past few weeks, my husband won't have sex. His reason? We've decided to have a baby, and he reckons that the longer he waits, the more competition there will be between his sperm and thus the better the result will be. FML
Today, my husband is sulking because he "can't" have sex with me. I've tried initiating things multiple times, but he keeps saying no, because I'm pregnant and he says it'd be exactly the same as having sex with his own kid. FML
Today, I told my husband that when I get my birth control taken out later this year, I would like to take a break from it for a while. He just said, "Condoms are too expensive and I don't want to waste $2 every time we do it." FML

Seems pretty reasonable. I heard this story about a girl who had sex without her tubes tied and 9 months later this screaming goo creature tore it's way out of her body, some say to this day it still follows her around demanding time, food, attention.

He can get a vasectomy, then. Or for guaranteed results, get castrated. Problem solved.

you could still do oral also during your period you can't get pregnant

who the hell taught you sex education? 🤣🤣 you can indeed get preggo if you are on your period. sperm can live in the ****** for a few days, and if the woman ovulates early straight after her period. BAM... possible baby! terrible advice!

Tell him you'd be willing to put on a strap-on and give him anal. Think outside the box, so to speak.

Yeah but if that backfires and he agrees, it's all fun for him and all work for her.

Good point. Back to the drawing board. Ok, how about he tosses her salad while she gives him a hand job?

You both do know that every months for more or less 2 weeks, you have no-chance at all to get pregnant?

There are many methods of pleasing a partner that don’t involve pregnancy risk. Do both of you own fingers? Lips? And condoms if he’s really paranoid?

If he is absolutely NO KID policy, HE needs to protect himself from being baby-maker material. Tell him to get a vasectomy or get bent.

Sounds like that he agreed with himself when you are hesistating. He manipulates you, he is ready to hurt you for the sake of his pleasure. Run, baby, run.
