Overenthusiastic

Today, I dressed up for a date. After waiting for hours, sending countless texts and voice mails to my date, and thinking I'd been stood up, I remembered my date is actually scheduled for tomorrow. FML

If you think about it, Tomorrow never comes because it is always today.

Overly excited much?

even if it were today, don't you think one text and one phonecall is enough? if he didn't reply after one, he isn't going to reply after 30. I wouldn't want to see someone like you after this. No one wants to date a crazy freak

Oohh. Tough luck. Better luck next time.

Literally face palmed for the first time in my life. Thanks for the experience OP. :) Also, YDI.

Now he probably thinks you're a stalker because of all those countless texts and calls. Probably no date with him tomorrow.

Except it wasn't his girlfriend... Context clues, and common sense.

At least he didn't stand you up. All on you girl. YDI

Waiting for "hours" just seems like a waste of your time. An hour at most would suffice. You send a text to say "I'm here! Looking forward to it" and "Any trouble with transport?" and then "I waited an hour I'm going home" He will then reply "I thought our date was tomorrow sorry!" and you will say "oops my bad. That's embarrassing" And all is good.
