Today, I found out my husband of four years has been cheating on me with his boss, who had been kind and treated me well. I never suspected it until I caught them in OUR bed. All he would ever do was come home and complain about how hard his job was. I guess that wasn't the only thing that was hard. FML

Today, I caught my boyfriend cheating again. Not wanting to lose him, I suggested we try opening our relationship and being poly. He flew into a rage and swore I was just trying to think of an excuse to get back at him by screwing a bunch of randos. I can’t win. FML
Today, I found out that my husband has been cheating on me with his girl bestie for 4 years. I also found out he's been having threesomes with his male bestie. Both people have been around me and my family this entire time. We've been married for 15 years. Joke's on me. FML
Today, I'm pretty sure my husband of 8 years is sleeping with the skank who's in the fire department with him. Out of nowhere, he started texting her and wouldn’t come home until 12:30 a.m. for a whole week. When I confronted him about it, he flipped out. Sadly, it won’t be the first marriage she’s ruined. FML

Not only is he cheating on you, he doesn't even respect you enough to hide it well. If you can be part of it offer it to him. If you can live with it, set rules/boundaries and have open relationship. If you can't neither kick his sorry cheating ass out the window.

OK for those saying YDI, please bear in mind there are 3! children involved and it's a good possibility OP cannot make ends meet on their own, especially with 3 children. She may very well be trapped in this untenable situation for the time being. Don't be so hasty to judge.

I can't imagine how hard it must be after so many years together and even with 3 children! him choosing to marry you and getting kids with you to just use your kindness now! I myself have no idea what I would do... you not dumping him right away, I totally understand since you're tied together so strongly and it must be devastating having to deal with it...
