Today, is the start of the third month that I prayed I would be fired, just so I didn't have to quit because I hate awkward conversations. FML

Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Today, I found out that the new management position I'm supposed to start in two days was delayed for a month and a half. I already quit my current job and called my boss gay. FML
Today, I found out that I have three weeks to get better at my shitty job before we start discussing my "future" with the company. FML
Today, I won employee of the month. I was then fired for being late. FML
Today, I called in sick to work for a second day. After months of my boss trying to get me sacked by spreading vicious rumors about me, taunting me into retaliating, and generally making my life a living hell, he finally got his chance. He sent me a text saying, "yeh dont bother son ure fuckin fired." FML
Today, my boss fired me because he wants to start dating my mother and apparently doesn't want it to be "awkward." FML
Today, I got fired from a job I had already resigned from after agreeing to stay on and help them out for an extra month, despite having no contract. They fired me because a colleague refused to work with me anymore because I wouldn't date him. FML
Today, I was fired on my second day of work after a year and a half of unemployment. Apparently, my "tendency to solve problems instead of just accepting them made the other workers uneasy". FML
Today, I finally built up the courage to quit my job. I waited an hour to speak to the boss; I finally sat down with her, and she told me I had to be let go because I'm not "reliable enough." The only time I missed work was when I had the stomach flu. I was fired before I could even quit. FML
Today, my social awkwardness got to an all-time high when I hoped that I wouldn't get the job that I applied for, because I'd be working with the public. FML
Today, I was fired from my job. Why? Because my boss has been dating my newly divorced mother, and he didn't want family get-togethers to be "awkward." FML

Yeah. OP is obviously doing a good enough job not to get fired. So I suggest OP gets another job and gives two weeks notice in writing. I hate those conversations too. But you'll be much happier if you learn how to face them. Especially since they shouldn't be too common.

Or break into your boss's car and drive it into the building, then streak around the parking lot while spray painting "-your boss's name- was here" then calmly get dressed and leave. Problem solved.

I originally thought that too, but OP might need a recommendation from this job or if OP gets a new job, they might call up the employers from her old job to see how well OP worked there. I would say that the best thing to do is to practice with a friend.

So it's you I can blame for not giving me enough money! I always knew it came down to one person if you go high enough. Stop paying for police and other emergency services or rubbish collection etc and pass the extra cash my way.

I would hope purposely getting fired would be easier than getting hired. There's so many ways of going about getting yourself fired. Use your imagination, and your boss will be spitting mad and having security drag you out in no time.
