1) Parents cannot charge children for being children. Anyway, children under the age of 18 also cannot make legal binding contracts so ... really that just cannot happen. Your dad is a moron. 2) It's a different story if he wants money back for sending you to college. Let's hope that's not it, OP!

send it back to him and add a penny for all the mental scars and you having to deal with him till you were 18 thats what i would do and plus thats not legal because of binding laws if he wants his money back completly diffrent story

I don't see how him being single is a problem... Unless it's due to the drinking @.@ but just ignore it and move out when he's not at the house. Then post a note at the door that says "**** you and your bill" :)
