Today, my leasing office called to inform me that we will be receiving an eviction notice. After further communication into why, I found out that I’m not being evicted, but my girlfriend of six years is, because she got caught doing the dirty with someone in the apartment gym restroom. FML
Today, I rented a house for 5 years with my girlfriend, only to find out she is the actual owner. FML
Today, I found out, through Facebook, that my landlord hadn't been paying the mortgage on the house I'm renting from him. It's going into foreclosure. FML
Today, I learned that the landlord tenant act does not apply since I'm living in the same house as my landlord. She's making my life a living hell and breaking my things. I still have 3 months left in the contract. FML
Today, I walked into my dorm to find the guy I have feelings for sleeping with my roommate. I signed a lease with them for next year and can't back out now. FML
Today, I found out my husband is sleeping with my best friend. The best part? We all just signed a 12-month essentially non-breakable lease on a house together. FML
Today, I found out the friend I signed a lease with is actually a wanted drug dealer. I only found this out after the police kicked in the door at 5am and raided our house. FML
Today, I received an eviction notice taped to my door stating my landlord is selling his property and moving out of the country in 13 days. My landlord is my boyfriend. FML
Today, I found out my mom is sleeping with my boss. My dad doesn’t know yet. FML
Today, I found out that my landlord had been showing my apartment to new tenants without telling me, when I woke up this morning to a family of four staring at me scratching my nuts whilst watching TV on my couch in my pajamas, horrified. FML

You should be able to get out of that lease. Most leases have clauses concerning unauthorized re-entry.

Break it. Let him take you to court for the money. I’m sure he’d love to stand in front of a small claims court and explain.

That is quite dangerous as morally what they are doing is wrong but legally it may not be a valid reason to break a lease.

If you have Proof that your girlfriend is cheating with your landlord and not letting you out of the lease I would check with a lawyer and see if there’s some legal action you can take. If not then just leave and don’t tell them anything but make sure all your rent is up to date when you leave.

Make him fix every little thing that is wrong with you appartement. Does not matter how small it is. Be petty. Also make a recording of the place before you move out so he can’t claim you damaged anything.
