Why does everyone always say hit the gym? She's gonna gain wait if she goes to the gym and gets more muscle, although yes, she'll look better. Why not a diet?

actually, if you build muscle and do cardio you will burn more fat and can lose weight. muscle burns fat. so if guys gain a little more muscle and do cardio they can possibly lose fat faster then they gain muscle by burning the fat quicker with just the small snout more muscle.
