Today, it's my first day at a new school. I transferred here halfway through the year to get away from a girl who bullies me. She's apparently bullied her mom into transferring her here as well. FML

Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Today, it's my first day of high school. It's also my first day of a three-day in-school suspension. The reason? I sat next to a girl and she immediately got up and told the teacher that she didn't "feel safe". FML
Today, I unwillingly transferred to a private from a public school this year, due to my parent's rampant political beliefs. Some of the popular girls I went to school with in elementary school also attend this school. I smiled at one of them in the hallway when I saw them this morning. She saw me and rolled her eyes. FML
Today, I had to show a new student around my school. Normally, that wouldn't be such a bad thing, but the student was my crazy, overly-attached ex. I transferred schools to get away from her in the first place. FML
Today, I discovered that the school I transferred from last year is closing. All the people that I so happily escaped from and left behind at that school will now be flocking to my new school senior year. Faaaantastic. FML
Today, I started at a new school. It's a pretty great school, but there's only one problem: Everybody thinks I'm a teacher. I'm only a freshman. FML
Today, it was my first day of junior year and a little freshman scumbag pushed me out of the way for no apparent reason. FML
Today, one of my friends got upset with me because I’m leaving our high school. The high school I have been bullied at for the past 3 years. FML
Today, my mom started her new job; she's now my new coworker. She's already told the other girl I'd said she talks too much, and has berated me for not calling her "Mom" while at work. FML
Today, my school sent me an email saying I would be transferred to another class this Monday. I told my mom about it. Turns out my drunk mom ran into my teacher at a bar and started berating her for being at the bar, instead of grading her “kid’s exam already.” I’m a high school senior. FML
Today, I went to my first class of the year. The first thing the teacher said was, "I hate this f*cking school." FML

Try standing up to her, most bullies pick on people because they think they will never do anything back. Even if it gets you in trouble, it's better then dealing with her constantly. If not, a restraining order may work if you can give proof of what she is doing.

two options either beat her ass or get someone's help who has some power and explain the situation, the superintendent wud be a good start hope it works out for you OP!

The seriousness and extent of this situation suggests that you should not try to handle this yourself, but seek outside help from an adult or authority figure. I would bring the intensity of this situation to the attention of your parent(s), the school administration, and your local police (if you feel this situation is severe enough). These problems can be solved with the proper steps. Please, do not listen to those not taking this post seriously & do not try to handle this using violence against your bully or yourself.
