Today, I babysat the most annoying and obnoxious kids for almost eight hours, when the parents assured me that they would only be gone about three or so hours. After constant calling and worrying, they finally showed up at 11:30, completely drunk. The mother paid me with three dollars and a banana. FML
Today, I babysat a 10 year old from hell. She kept insulting me, saying I have tiny boobs, that boys must hate me, and that I'm ugly. I eventually got fed up and put her to bed. When her parents came back, she ran out of her room in tears and told them I'd beaten her. They believed it. FML
Today, I babysat a 6-year-old boy for the first time. When I said it was his bedtime, he just screamed "Eat a dick!" at me. I was so shocked, all I could do was leave him be. When his parents returned, I had to make up an excuse for why he was still awake and watching TV, to save my pride. FML
Today, I babysat the neighbors’ evil kids. They dropped them over at my house and I played with them for five hours. After taking the brats back home and putting them to bed, their mother asked me what time I came back to the house. She only paid me for the 20 minutes I was in their house. FML
Today, I was babysitting a little boy for the first time. He kept using all sorts of profanity toward me the whole evening, so I told his mom when she picked him up. She just grunted and muttered, "Fucking cunt-ass snitch." FML
Today, I babysat the Antichrist of all kids. After the 5 long hours were over, his parents came home. Instead of paying me what they agreed, they offered to let me eat some leftovers of a takeout in the fridge. I'm so afraid of confrontation that I accepted. FML
Today, I babysat a 9-year-old kid for the first time. The moment his parents left the house, the little shit looked me dead in the eyes and let me know that if I didn't let him do whatever he wanted, he'd tell his parents that I touched him in his "no-no place". Suddenly I hate kids. FML
Today, I was babysitting. Being kind, I went to grab their mail, while their 4 year old ate lunch. He locked me out, wrecked the house, and let me in right when he saw their car two hours later. I didn't get paid. I paid them. FML
Today, I babysat an 11 year old kid while his parents ate out. As soon as they left, the kid asked me if I wanted to be on the sex offender's list. Before I could even process that, he told me to stay out of his way and he wouldn't accuse me of anything. FML

I was told at 9 my sister at 11. I need to be told then cause otherwise I would have thought I was dying. Some kids hit puberty really early. I was watching 60 minutes one day on the tv and the story was of three 11 yr olds pregnant in the one school! I am not at all surprised that an 8 year old knows about stuff. They all learn it from each other at school and most cases come home and ask it or they google it ( and before any one judges me, I don't know any kid anymore who doesn't either have a tablet of some sort or a mobile under the age of 8!)

Chances are he is like that because his parents always believe and let him do whatever he wants. It's very unlikely they'll believe OP, especially if she starts talking bad abut him after "he told on her". Well what comes around, goes around. It IS the age of the internet. A post to a few dozen friends to share around would quickly get the word out. "If you babysit or your friends babysit in (name of town) please forward this on! There is a kid named (first name only) on (name of street) that is a terrible brat to babysit. And when the parents get home, he'll lie and tell them you had a date over or something similar, so that the parents can refuse to pay you for your work. Pass this on so they can't take advantage of you and your friends, too! If you work for them, make them pay you first, in cash!" Teenage girls are great for sharing stuff like this. Don't give a last name of a minor or the specific address out to the world, but enough information to recognize the family if they try to hire someone? YES! The parents will find themselves without sitters quite soon. And...report them to any babysitting agencies/groups/etc. in the area, too, so that they know not to send sitters there.

I was going to say the same thing. Pass the word around to all the teens in your area who may babysit. Let them know that the child is a foul-mouthed brat who will lie to his parents so they don't have to pay. You're probably not the only one who's gotten stiffed on a babysitting fee because of their little darling lying about the sitter having a boyfriend over. I, too, hope that very soon they find it very hard to find someone to watch their problem child. If they go to a professional agency, they're not going to put up with this bullshit.
