Today, I found out that my anxiety disorder has escalated to where I now scratch and pick at my face while asleep. Now I get to sleep with oven mitts taped to my hands. FML

That sucks big time. FYL for sure. And those who say otherwise are ignorant about mental disorders. Anxiety has nothing to do with being a drama queen, and it's not something you can help by "growing up" or "pulling yourself together."
