Um, just one tiny question: How come vast majority of FMLs from France are from Nord-Pas-de-Calais, and hardly from anywhere else? I start suspecting there's someone living there with extra time and who tries to make up FMLs to entertain us...

I'm going to guess that since it the region of France that is closest to England that it may have a high percentage of English speakers who feel comfortable contributing the the English langauge FMyLife instead of (or in addition to) the French language VieDeMerde.

Just a theory. I'd appreciate any help.

Hi! I think I know why: sometimes, FMLs are sent without info on the source of the OP, we weren't able to trace their hometown/area via the IP address, or something along those lines, and I guess the system uses "France (nord pas de calais)" as a default source. We'll have to look into this, thanks for pointing it out!

Hate to break it to you number thirty six, but using "s" in place of "z" in certain words is acceptable depending on where you're from. I know Kiwis spell like that because I used to work with one; so do Europeans. Not everyone on here is from the United States.

Mine smells like peanut butter for some reason. And it is NOT that I smear it with peanut butter, that's just its natural smell, or so I have been told. I'm not flexible enough to sniff it myself.
