Today, someone posted online a listing for a bicycle for sale, and accidentally put my phone number instead of their own. I have received more calls in one day than I have from friends and family in a week. FML

Today, my friend posted my phone number all over the Internet, claiming I was a deranged stalker who prank called her. I was calling from my new number to give it to her. FML

Today, my friend put my phone number on Craigslist. I still can't find the ad, but obviously everyone else can because I still haven't stopped receiving naked pictures. FML

Today, my phone decided to delete all my numbers. I posted on Facebook that people should message or text me if they felt like I should have their number. I didn't get a single reply. FML

Today, my mother shared my phone number with my brother, despite my explicit wishes that she didn't. He immediately went and put it on Craigslist and several other websites. This is the fourth time I've had to change my number for that very same reason. FML

Today, I checked my inbox and realized I got an email from a potential employer, saying they were having trouble getting a hold of me by phone. They called while my mom was using my phone to look up directions to a place, and she answered, kindly hanging up when they asked for me. FML

Today, I posted my phone for sale on Facebook. Someone hit me up to buy it and wanted me to meet them. I didn't really want to drive to them, but I'm a mom of two and I needed food and some extra cash, so I did it. The guy asked to look at the phone… and ran off with it. FML

OMG! The same thing is happening to my husband. Except its to rent out an apartment. The town these people are seeing this post is about a couple hrs drive.

Some students at my mum's old school did this once, to their headmaster, deliberatly, using the school office number. And the headmaster's shiny new car. The result was similar and apparently the headmaster was ANGRY.

That's nothing! Before I switched my # I kept getting calls from Arizona asking if I was some lady. And a whole bunch of calls asking for a Tiffany White. Who's Tiffany White?

That used to happen to me, except, it was people (from a different state) wanting quotes for a new fence. It went on for a year, due to the company having my number listed in that years phone book. In the end, I gave quotes and a time I'd be there. I’m an aesthetician. Anyway, it was a bit of entertainment, for your day. You'll live.
