Today, I told the guy I have feelings for that I'm interested in, and asked him how he feels about it. He responded via text, saying, "I feel fairly neutral about that." FML

Boo ******* hoo. Why does everyone feel entitled to having their feelings returned? At least he wasn't an ass about rejecting you.

AWESOME. made me laugh even though i need to focus on my school work instead of this....

You're right! I shouldn't feel that way.

I like how you did this via text. Thats part of your problem

texting your feelings to someone allows you to be honest without having the threat of face-to-face rejection. and it allows you to plan exactly what you're going to say to them without running the risk of getting nervous and blurting anything out.

you want honesty, guy gives you honesty.....then you whine about how that sucks and you want your sugar coated world back. Have fun with that.

Don't text it next time. So he can actually tell you what he thinks about it. Texts are horrible at conveying emotion.

At least he broke it to you gently, instead of "get away from me, bitch" or something. And I agree with the others: texting is the worst way to ask someone out. You just can't take them seriously.

lol I agree with almost all of these, but yea I think that #1 and #2 were exactly how I'm feeling! And don't sweat it, at least he didn't say "ohh wow yea I got my eye on this other chick".....
