Today, my girlfriend broke up with me. She later came into the T-Mobile that I work at to return the Sidekick that I bought for her. I had to transfer her account to a new Iphone. She got the Iphone from her new boyfriend, who works across the street from me. FML

Iphones can be unlocked to work with other service providers. This is not the same as jailbreaking. Unlocking your iphone goes against your warantee, jailbreaking does not.

That's an example of the type of situation in which I'd ask a coworker to handle the transaction, if one was present. One time I had a really irate, abusive customer at the drive-thru of the retail pharmacy I was working in, and when they came inside, I asked someone else to assist them because I was too riled up to be professional anymore.
