Women don't typically say "I wanna see your nuts." That's NOT sexy. "Nuts" tends to be used in a more humorous or vulgar context, more-so by men than women. It's really not a term thrown around in the bedroom, especially by women. That should have been the first red flag to you.
This is just another example of the blunders and blurred boundaries created by new types of communication. Still though, you really missed the memo on this one. Despite the personal nature of texting, you still ought to keep your professionalism in check with co-workers you don't know very well....At least not well enough to know if they'd be into receiving those types of pictures while getting organized for the 1pm meeting. Just keep it out of the office and as unconnected to you as possible when outside the office. People do get fired for these things, even if it doesn't happen in the office.
Besides, your taking the fun out of the surprise by sending your coworker pics of that nature. If she is as interested in you sexually as you seem to think she is, let her find out what it looks like for herself.

Normally your and you're getting mixed up isn't that big of a deal... however, in this case there is clearly a big difference and things can be easily taken out of context over chat or text, especially when a person has poor grammar skills.
