You've been framed

Today, I was rejected from my dream job because my interviewer googled me and one of the images that comes up is a pic of me sunbathing nude in my own private garden. That pic isn’t one I took, it isn’t on my Facebook or anything, I have no f**king idea where it came from or who photographed me. FML

Who would want to work for an employer who judges their employees on what they do in their free time in their own garden? I'd say you dodged a heavy bullet.

“Dream jobs” are like “finding the one” romantically - It’s a myth. There is more than one good fit out there for you. Don’t give up just because of one attempt. Keep looking in whatever field you are qualified for and strikes your interest… If it’s any consolation sometimes a given “dream job” can go sour and sometimes “second choice” jobs turn out to be rewarding and fulfilling. Just don’t give up.

We're would that even have been posted, since most social media would have removed that? FB has a team of people and all they do is remove pictures that violate their terms.

Maybe it's better to not work for someone who is that judgemental and prudish

You need a lawyer as this likely won’t be the only time you may get screwed by it. You can also file a DMCA complaint to the site operator, as they have a picture of you that you didn’t take , and was taken in a private setting in which you were not aware of said photo being taken. Finally, file a defamation suit, as the company that pulled that just defamed you and your character by basing their judgment on a lie with no chance of verification. I’ve had to do something similar, but at minimum you need to get that photo taken down. Not to mention, if your state/country has a revenge **** law, utilize it.

On the one hand, I hate when employers base your personal life on whether or not to hire you. On the other hand, don't sunbathe nude. Peepers are everywhere.
