How could you not know? It wouldn't even show up on there until you were like 8 weeks pregnant, so you would have missed a period by then.

It's possible that she has irregular (or very light) periods and so didn't think anything of it when she missed one. Or she could have had implantation bleeding and mistaken it for a period.

my mom's friend daughter just found out she 5 months pregnant. she had no sings or anything. she had surgery last month and had pregnancy test done then and it didn't show up she was pregnant

128- No birth control is 100% effective, so OP could've been using it for all we know. Educate yourself before you criticize others. Also, considering she's learning to use ultrasound equipment, I'd say OP is at least university age, maybe older.
