Today, I was shopping for my little sister's birthday. She loves manga. I've never read manga, so I bought a couple of novels from the "popular" shelf. Turns out if they have white covers it means they are "adult" books. I bought my sister a "lolicon" manga - filled with prebuscent naked girls. FML

Today, I took a trip to the library's public computer section to get some important work done. After a bit of work, I went to stretch only to see that the man next to me was watching some adult films on his computer and discreetly touching himself. I still had 58 minutes of computer time. FML

Today, I got caught checking out my porn collection while working. The embarrassment is compounded by the fact that I work from home, and I only flashed the folder on screen, but it was enough for coworkers to notice and now call me "King Dong". FML

Today, I went to the store with my girlfriend. She needed to use the bathroom so I started looking at the books. It wasn't until the manager shot me a weird look that I realized I'd wandered down too far and was looking at bridal magazines, holding tampons, dog treats, and hair spray. FML

This is quite the interesting dilemma isn't it? :-D I say staring was in poor taste but to each his/her own. I used to work at a bookstore and the sheer volume of Yaoi sold to teenage fangirls (and older) was astonishing. I have nothing against the content (as I stated before to each their own) my major issue with it is the art :-/. In having been a fan of manga and anime for years, I have yet to see any Yaoi artwork that could make me want to read regardless of the content.
