Today, on my and my wife's very first camping holiday, someone cut a hole in the tent wall while we slept and stole everything, including my keys and the car. Finally getting home, it seems the thieves got our address from the car's sat-nav and burgled the house as well. FML

That's horrible. Hope that campground had a register or there was some security camera that caught them. You guys should start a GoFundMe is you guys need help. I know I would donate.

I need to know HOW you slept through any of that. Please lol Drugs? I wake up to every little thing, especially in a tent because you hear every movement. Cutting a hole, grabbing the stuff, jingling keys and a car driving away seems impossible to not wake up to.

It’s not hard. Especially if they’re at least half deaf like me. As a kid I slept through a tree crashing into the house. I’ve also slept through a tornado ravaging the campgrounds. It destroyed every campsite around mine, but didn’t touch mine. I even sleep through my wife’s night terrors.

lmao that is true. Being deaf would explain it! It is possible I suppose that they both are as well. We need the OP to clarify this for us! haha Sorry to hear about your hearing issues though, and your wife's night terrors. I actually suffer from night terrors myself but, thankfully not often. My poor husband wakes up terrified to me screaming lol
