Today, over a family dinner, my husband and I told everyone that I'm pregnant. My father frowned and said, "Again?", my 9-year-old daughter started crying, and her brother smirked and yelled, "Up the ass, no babies!" FML

Three is not that big number, most families i know have at least three or four kids

You're right; three isn't enough to make a fuss about. I'm not lying when I say that my friend has 13 brothers and sisters, and there are no twins in the family. You'll probably think I'm trolling, and I don't blame you; I thought she was lying when she told me! The reason was that they were Catholic and didn't use contraceptions. Anyway, back to the point. Three isn't much. Try fourteen!

I have a total of 7 siblings. I don't understand why people always think 3 is so many.

Up the ass is better anyways to. No risk of making a baby.

tell your little darlings they better start behaving because when the new baby gets to its third birthday you are deciding who to keep. the new one or one of the old ones! :-)

Congratulations, OP! Don't worry that your kids reacted badly. Kids usually do react badly to the arrival of new siblings. I have a handful of stories to prove my point, but I'll be here forever if I tell them all. Edit: Damn, I just reread that FML. If I were you, I WOULD be worrying about what your son has to say, though/

No way I would have gotten pregnant again if my youngest was 9. I don't know if this is a congratulations or an FML. Good luck to you.

Your son sounds like a real charmer...

He may not be "her son". He could have another mother, therefore making him her daughter's half brother and she may not consider him her son. I hope that made sense. >.
