I guess they didn’t fix your paranoia this session. How did they say good luck? Was it a way that suggested the meds were useless and luck is your only hope? Or did they say it sarcastically, so that their real wish is for your bad luck?

With finding a new psychiatrist who can help you more??? ;-) --- Actually, it's not always easy finding a psychiatrist/ psychologist with whom you can work well. Sad but true. Hope you utilize both though. Med docs aren't always careful enough with how they say things. :-( For an effective CBT tome, see Dr. David Burns' "Feeling Good: New Mood Therapy" - a good read since 1980. Good luck, OP!
