Today, my new neighbors moved in. They have a chihuahua that constantly barks all throughout the day. It makes a great addition to my other neighbors that have a rooster that goes off at sunrise every morning. FML

OP here! this actual happened a while ago, but the principle is still the same. the neighbors with the chihuahua, they occasionally yell at the dog to shut up. for the most part, they do nothing. it's not too loud to legally make a noise complaint, but loud enough to be an awful annoyance. as for the ones with the rooster, they don't even speak English. they're from Hong Kong, so they only speak Cantonese, which i don't speak. and i live in the middle of suburbia, so the rooster is very illegal. a 1000$ fine, i believe, if reported. the rooster usually gets really loud around 10, so it sometimes wakes me up, sometimes not. the chihuahua is pretty much 24/7. any more suggestions are more than welcome though, thanks!

If the rooster is illegal why don't you just report it.

let's have them meet each other, see if the doggy likes to eat ****

i think we're your other neighbors ... with the pits

You do realize roosters don't only make noise at sunrise. They do it all throughout the day and night. So Op, if this were true you're one lucky bastard because I live on a farm and haven't gotten quite used to the noises since I am a light sleeper and the animals keep me up all through the night.

Dude, your name is Asian, same shit happens in Asia, minus the chihuahua, plus an annoying cat/miscellaneous rodent

Get yourself a parrot! A nice, loud parrot. You can get a cage for it for both outside and inside, and on nice days, you can let it enjoy itself outside in its cage for awhile. Let it learn some annoying sounds, like police sirens (plenty of tv shows with that) and the sound of a fire alarm that needs new batteries.

I compliment your patience. Have you ever thought of having a roster for dinner? :) And now yoy can blame it on the dog who is likely to be destroyed for his transfration. :) Results: dinner is taken care of, no annoying animals and neighbours on non-speaking ters with each other. That is what I call triple-play :)

You can try feeding it large amounts of food and hope it chokes on it

Looks like a hint of **** this morning?

well, both of these issues can be solved with a pellet gun.

Sadly I can relate... Neighbours have chickens that randomly decide to become very loudly vocal, and an older dog who decides to bark at absolutely nothing at 2am and not stop for 10mins. Their new pup also decides its a great idea to bark at my dog if she doesn't come approach the fence for their version of 'peek-a-boo' (my dog doesn't bark back, she rarely barks and when she does its a couple of barks, then stops as she knows she's not allowed to). I feel very sorry for you OP, I feel your pain
