Today, I said a few words to my mom that happened to be similar to something offensive, and she misheard. I tried to tell her, but she was so angry that she assumed I was saying more offensive things. Now she is punishing everybody in the house, and I’m not allowed to speak to her. FML

I didn't realize parents still made a big deal out of 'crap'. Explain to the therapist what happened, they aren't dumb. They'll know quickly enough that you don't have an anger problem if they don't believe you the first session.

Today, my completely out of control, anger riddled son said his first curse word. I have no idea how the word "crap" got into his vocabulary, but hopefully anger management will get him to clean up his word usage. I thought I raised this kid better. FML
